A: All you have to do to get a loyalty card is to fill out the registration form within the program registration form , choose the card that suits you and follow the mentioned steps.

A: The method of using the benefits and discounts is regulated by each merchant individually. After enrolling in the Program, each participant will receive the loyalty card, the description of the benefits and discounts for each individual trader and the method of granting/attribution.

A: The loyalty card is received by post or courier, to the address indicated in the registration form, within a maximum of 15 days from the confirmation of enrollment in the Program.

A: Benefits are valid for the entire competition season, i.e. If a card is purchased for the 2023 season, the benefits can be used for the entire 2023.

A: Yes, membership is personal and is associated with the loyalty card held.

A: Most of the benefits and discounts can be used whenever necessary during the validity period, namely 12 months. The exception is discount vouchers, which can be used only once.
